A designer at heart, I’ve honed my career to focus on scaling & leading skilled product teams from concept to fruition with measurable outcomes while creating successful and supportive design cultures.
About Me
Like most of us, I’ve spent most of my (now 16 year!) career trying to define that ‘ah-ha’ moment when I realized what made me an asset. Years of sweat equity were poured into redefining how we digest and interpret data analytics 
IE the discoverability of what your data is actually telling you. After venturing into two of my own startups, holding various management & leadership roles and 3 exits, that moment was realized.
I’d like to think I coined the term “orchestrating opportunities”, but even if that’s not the case, it still describes exactly what I do well.
I am the “connective tissue” across your product landscape.
In this new intelligence-driven product world, I believe the best designers are not pushing pixels. We need to realize our role has become a hybrid of skills. I like to think of it as domain expertise, vision, strategy and UX architecture rolled into a single role. And to that end, we influence design.
You tend to get what you measure, so we should measure what matters.
