We wanted to give the company a bold facelift while also improving the experience so users can better find the products they need and understand what they do. With a product offering just over 10, it’s easy to see how a user could get lost easily. We went to the drawing board and took a look at major ecomm solutions. I led the experience team and co-led the interface team with site architecture, experience, prototyping and design.
