Retention Logic was born out of the passion to give back to users. With that idea in mind, they set out to change in-app loyalty and user retention. Over a 2 year period, I built out the product design team and oversaw the product offering while managing sprints and an overseas engineering team. We built a Machine Learning framework and cataloging system from the ground up using GO, Kubernetes, AWS, Airflow/Tensorflow and integrated it into both an API and SDK for IOS, Android, Unity and webapps. On average, companies with our products installed saw a 30% increase in LTV per user.
