They offer a wide range of dog services operating in over 105 cities in the U.S. I was brought on to create a stable structure, process and innovative thinking within the Product Design department with the ultimate goal of scaling. I was involved in loyalty & retention, machine learning and prototyping across verticals. We have now reached 12 designers and secured $300mm.
